It is very rare that you write a review before you have the holiday, but it is very rare that you have the pleasure of dealing with people like Lizzie. Throughout the booking process that started in November until taking the holiday that will start in July, our process has been handled promptly, proffesionally and with grace. We have had to ask for things to be altered to meet our groups requirements, which was no trouble and then had them changed back, as our plans changed, also handled with promptness and a "no worries" attitude.
I have worked in customer service for over 40 years, and so often people who go above and beyond are not recognised for their contribution to a great experience.
I would like to recgonise Lizzie for making our holiday planning just as enjoyable as I hope our holiday will be.
