17 of us stayed here for my mum's 80th Birthday ranging in age from 4 weeks to 80. The house is beautiful, the grounds just lovely, and any request or maintenance issue was handled promptly from friendly and helpful people. No request was too hard. They went out of their way to have everything perfect for our babies, toddlers and limpers. The location is just perfect, only a few minutes drive to Crystal cascades (3km) where we lay down in waterfall fed crystal clear pools for hours. The shopping centre was only a few minutes drive but really we wanted to just stay at Zanzoo and chill. Perfect for a group as there are so many different spots to get away from each other or hang together.

We have stayed here for 8 nights with a group of friends. This accommodation has nice facilities and good customer service. Kids have enjoyed swimming pool and tennis court as we have enjoyed accommodation with private rooms with good facilities. We had six family members stay at Zanzoo retreat in Redlynch. What an amazing place to stay. A two story Queenslander with extensive balconies, tasteful furnishings, 6 double bedrooms and a massive kitchen. We enjoyed the swimming pool and tennis courts and large grounds. Thanks Lizzie. You couldn't have picked a better place for us.

Zanzoo Retreat, Mary Parker Drive, Redlynch

A classic North Queensland timber home set amongst Mango trees and Coconuts on a private 13 acre estate. It has everything for the large family or group - swimming pool, tennis court, lush gardens and the beautiful Freshwater Creek forming the long boundary at the back.

The property is near the end of the valley running from Redlynch village to Crystal Cascades - a lovely area of rainforest, rocks and swimming holes following Freshwater Creek as it falls in a series of cascades from Lake Morris higher up the mountain.

This is a large two storey house with 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, upstairs and downstairs living areas and several wide verandahs and covered patios.

The house is set well back from the road and screened by a long line of old Mango trees. There is plenty of room to park several cars. The local family who own the property have a fenced off area and barn not far from the house. This area is "out of bounds" and there is one other house on the 13 acres which is permanently tenanted and private.

This is a fantastic home for a large group or family. It is near the end of the beautiful Freshwater valley, close to Crystal Cascades, but still only 15 minutes from the airport or the centre of Cairns city. It is a large private property with a beautiful creek for the kids to explore, a paddock to play football or cricket in, a tennis court and a pool. The house is huge witth lots of quiet spaces as well as large living areas for the whole family. If you are more than 12 people, there are 2 single bed sleepouts and another single on the upstairs landing.
