We provide a variety of experiences because every home is different – some are great for families with kids, some are within the budget of pensioners and others are luxury designer homes. The important thing is that we strive to provide great value – to exceed the expectations of our clients.

All payments are made directly by the renter to the property owner . We also offer advice for setting up a holiday home. We provide a list of minimum requirements for the amenities and kitchen equipment provided. We will photograph the property, edit and prepare photos for the website and write the copy.
Most rental periods are from 1-2 weeks. Holiday guests are far kinder to your much loved home than the long term tenant. You get your home back every week or two and can keep on top of maintenance. You will not suffer the small unreported problem turning into a major expense.
We chose to rent out our own investment property to the holiday market for these reasons and proved to ourselves that this was a better way to go.
